I have mentioned the upcoming Hunt & Gather Trunk Show at The Workroom in passing, and I've added a link to the information in my sidebar, but I thought I should do a proper post about it. It certainly deserves it, because this is a really big deal for me & for Geoff. It is our first (only?) craft show and we couldn't be more thrilled that it is with City of Craft, and at The Workroom. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity. The other sellers are amazing and I am looking forward to meeting them.
This show is part rummage sale, so I have gathered a sweet selection of vintage items to fill out our pretty white suitcase: picture frames, cardigans, skirts, dresses, scarves, table cloths, doilies and lace, marbled plastic purse handles, sewing patterns from the 1960s and beyond, appliqués, purses, shoes, etc. There will also be quite a lot of this:
(Headbands and from vintage trims and Mokuba elastic; these will be available at special low, low prices!)
Click on the raccoon on the right for more information, and please do come! If you read the blog, please say hello. I'll blush, but I won't find it strange. I did once drive to New York City to stay with a girl I had met on Livejournal, after all (hi, Allison!).
