(Oops! She's Danish! Silly me.)
I have been a pretty terrible blogger lately; I know. I am in the process of making a number of changes in my life, changes that I think will help me in the long run, changes that have been sucking up a lot of my energy & time. It is too boring/personal to discuss here, although if you know me in real life, I have probably already (rather selfishly) talked about it endlessly! I hope that soon I will be able to divert some of that energy & time back here.
You can never go wrong with a cowl and topknot honey! Or black for that matter :)
ReplyDeleteI hear you on the life changes. I have some big ones on the horizon...job/city. I'll keep sending good thoughts and crossed "best wishes" fingers your way ok!
xo.
love the top knot. wish i had the patience for the bangs. hoping you afternoon is lovely.
ReplyDeleteI loved this too. I wish I didn't cut all my hair off. I miss my top knot!
ReplyDeleteOh that hair! I wonder if I can pull that off. I have the bangs, but I wonder if my hair is fine enough and long enough for it to do that (without sticking out at every angle)! Hmmm...I'll have to try it!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the inspiration.
such a great look! thanks for posting! this gives me the much needed motivation to keep growing my hair out. (why is it that only my bangs grow?)
ReplyDeleteand i hear you on the blogging and life changes. ditto. it can be hard right? you're not alone. ;)
oh, I saw her this morning & fell in love too! can't believe she's 15. I want her coat more than anything possible.
ReplyDeletehey babe, so funny i saved this image too! its so wonderful!

ReplyDeleteyou need a yokoo cowl. she has the most amazing stuff. martina
ReplyDeleteoh, this is already so you that i can't believe that isn't you in the photo.
ReplyDeletei wish i could do my hair like that but my hair is so heavy that i get a headache.
Yes! This is exactly what I go for in the winter month. Love that circle scarf! *note to self: must start knitting!.
ReplyDeleteOh and I hear ya on the half my age part but I like to think that we could still be cute & sophisticated!
what a great and simple look..really adorable
ReplyDeleteThis girl is unbelievably adorable. The proportions of her outfit made the whole outfit ace for me, baring her legs in sheer tights gave it some contrast too.
ReplyDeleteI smile looking at her!
Oh, I love her look!
ReplyDeleteYes! You could pull that off, easily. Very cute.
ReplyDeletehope you're back in the groove of things soon! making life changes is always draining/exhilirating/scary.
ReplyDeleteyour post just made me want to get some chunky yarn and knit myself a cowl/circle scarf STAT. :) maybe i'll do that this weekend to Mad Men reruns...
i really love this and also your whole entire blog. im a big fan <3
ReplyDeleteyou would be so beautiful in this look! i wish my hair was long enough for that style. and i've been thinking about knitting a cowl lately. now i really want to! good luck with the changes you're making...your readers don't mind waiting for posts. it's quality not quantity!
ReplyDeletei am loving the top knot and i bet it would look super cute on you since you have those great bangs! i wish i didn't have naturally curly hair so that i could pull them off, serious bang envy!
ReplyDeleteThank you all so much for your comments! I'm glad you like this pretty, simple look. Gosh, I just love you guys.
ReplyDeleteStephanie: I actually straighten my bangs! I have naturally wavy hair and they get pretty big if I don't!
Joe fresh has those tights! I got 'em!
ReplyDeleteI really love her outfit, I hope you get everything sorted out with you life changes and everything! :) Sid x
