







I grew up in a home where my former farmer parents made their own chorizo and cured their own prosciutto. I was a vegetarian for a few years, and there was nothing I missed more than charcuterie. Next time I think I will try the ploughman's plate.

Oh, I've been wanting to try it. I went to Union for lunch on Friday. It was terrific.

ReplyDeletewe have a place that sort of reminds me of this..we've only been for brunch so far and it was delicious. we have a friend who has become a regular and last night he was telling us how the other day they randomly brought him a $20 ham complimentary and he broke veg for it! he said it was worth it haha still laughing about that.. what a crazy situation
