goldenponies giveaway winner

Thank you to everyone who entered the Goldenponies giveaway, and thank you to Erandi for making a pair of shoes available to one of you lucky ladies. The winner is Mara, who has a beautiful blog that those of you who enjoy baking will really love. Earlier today I exported the entries into a spreadsheet, generated a random number, and clicked on the winner's name to see if she had a blog. I clicked away before it loaded, came back a few minutes later, and wondered why I was looking at pretty pictures of delicious cakes. I'm a bit sieve-brained these days.

I just wanted to wish everyone a great week. I'll be busy preparing for Little Winter & traveling to Portland. Wish us luck! I am so nervous.

(This is one of the few pictures from my stay in Lisbon that I managed to take with the Diana Mini.)

Stephanie: Yes, it's such a nice touch, isn't it?

erica-knits: Ha! Same here!

I am not going to respond to those comments as most of them don't require a reply, but I just wanted to thank you all for entering and for your kind comments about the shoes. And thank you, too, to those of you who said kind things about me! You're so sweet.

Isabel G.: Next time, say hello! I understand how nerve-wracking that can be, though!

XY: Thank you for saying hello! Geoff told me all about it.

  14. Hi Anabela! I stopped in to Little Winter today (visiting Portland for the week all the way from New York!), and I absolutely loved your whole set-up. I was a bit too shy to say hi (ack!), but it was truly a wonderful event and made me smile. My boyfriend joked that I should've approached you and brought up our cat, Eliot, as he's been on dreamcats several times now between the two of us. Maybe next time! Best, Andrea.
