last of london

When you bring home four rolls of film to develop after a five day trip... Still, it's funny how much is left out. Sharing a bottle of wine with Vic & Kate in the garden, for example. I have no pictures of that.

A comically oversized meringue at the V&A (it was delicious though)

The home of the Hackney "Mole Man"

On the train to the airport. Nearly in tears here, saying good-bye.

  3. I love all your London photos... They make me so nostalgic for last summer! My boyfriend and I lived there for five months before coming back to Toronto. In fact, we were just around the corner from the Scolt Head, in the De Beauvoir neighbourhood. I really miss having a lovely, accessible canal to ramble down on a whim... Toronto really needs to step it up. I often forget that we're on a lake..!

  4. These photographs are wonderful!
I often find that when I'm having the most fun I forget to take photographs. I just dropped three rolls of film off to be developed though and I can't wait to pick them up on Friday!!

  27. Sometimes the sweetest memories are only images in our mind — so good times often make cameras simply secondary. All the photos you DID TAKE are gorgeous ;)
