flowers & girls

Last week Geoff showed me a post from booooooom with film photography by Polish photographer Lukasz Wierzbowski, and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I love the light-hearted and coy sensibility combined with the beautiful tones.

Lukasz's Flickr account is here. Filed in my head under "Photographs I wish I had taken."

erica: Thank you! Oh, cool! If you ever want to get together for a coffee or a drink, email me!

marissa (stylebook), danielle, EvaForeva, Casie Jean, wooden heartbeat, Miss Cris, katbird, Ella, Chuck, The Velvet Bow, daily/weakly: Thank you all so much!

lisanne: No, it's the same! Maybe it just looks different since it has things in it.

Caitlin Rose: Thanks, and I always love hearing that!

Leah: I know what you mean. Most of the bags we use for groceries are from the grocery store, and are pretty ugly! Despite the fact that our apartment is literally FILLED with tote bags.

amy: Aw, secret club! It's okay, most people still don't have one. Ha!

aldrin: I like it too! It's by Wood & Faulk.

Lexie, Little Boat: It is a little boat, isn't it!

in dreams: Oh, I managed to make the necklace okay, I just had a dumb moment and cut the rope in the wrong place. I can totally let you know where you can find Tidbit if you want her! And thanks for the sweet words about the tote and my model!

  4. I love that top photo so much. The crazy pink & green hues are perfect! My photo professor in college always told us the best way to judge if a photograph is really really good is if you think to yourself "I wish I had taken that".

  10. haha, my mistakes were even worse...like running out of thread on the chevron friendship bracelet. (which then makes me wonder superstitiously about the friendship...what did it mean?! heh.) glad you got it sorted.

and ohhhhmannn if i know where tidbit is i will totally steal her!! my boyfriend and i were already talking about getting a cat once we move, so this is almost fate? plus, she is so super-sneaky-lookin in those shots you took...love!

  12. It's sooo nice to see the sensitivity of my country fellow here :)

It's international, and yet subtly Polish - the plants, the girls, the window :)

By the way. I greatly enjoy your blog, Anabela.
